I. Introduction
NAMASTE, the National Action for Mechanized Sanitation Ecosystem, is a central sector scheme jointly implemented by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MoSJE) and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA). The scheme's primary objective is the complete mechanization of sewer and septic tank cleaning operations across all cities, replacing manual methods with machine-based solutions. The focus is on empowering and supporting the sewer and septic tank cleaning workers (SSWs) as the target group.
To achieve this goal, NAMASTE SSW Profiling App has been designed and developed by the Urban Management Centre (UMC).
This policy applies to the any and all information that is collected in connection with the download, installation and usage of NAMASTE SSW Profiling App. By using NAMASTE SSW Profiling App, you signify your assent to this policy and consent to the processing of Your Information as described herein. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not download, install and / or use the App. Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy:
II. What Data We Collect
In order to provide our services, we collect a unique identifier pertaining to you. Personal Information is information that you provide to us which personally identifies you, your location or other data including Aadhaar that can be reasonably linked to such information by us, to associate with your profile with us.
• Data provided by You: General Information, Job Role-related information, Socio-economic profiles, and the welfare benefits availed by SSWs
III. How we use information
We use all the information we have to help us avail benefits under various components of NAMASTE Scheme

• Our Services: We understand how people use our Services, and analyze and use the information we have to evaluate and improve our Services, research, develop, and test new services and features, and conduct troubleshooting activities.

• Safety and Security: We verify accounts and activity and promote safety and security on and off our Services, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of our Terms, and to ensure our Services are being used legally.

• No Third-Party Ads. We do not allow third-party banner ads on “NAMASTE SSW Profiling App”. We have no intention to introduce them either.
IV. Information Security and Storage
You share your information as you use and communicate through our Services, we shall use your information to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services.

• Intervention data: The data entered by you will further used for analysis.
V. Changes to this policy
We change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will not reduce your rights as under this Policy without your explicit consent, unless required to. We always indicate the date that the last changes were published. If changes are significant, we will share more prominent notices, (including an e-mail notification) for any Privacy Policy change.

This Privacy Policy applies to all the services offered under NAMASTE scheme. This Privacy Policy does not apply to services that have separate Privacy Policies in place, and that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.

However, this Privacy Policy does not apply to,

• Services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may include industrial parks related services, be displayed to you in search results, or be linked from our services.
